It was my first time buying a home so I had no idea what I was doing, yet she was able to walk me through the experience from start to finish. She showed me countless homes before I finally found one I could see myself being happy in. However, once I found out the loan amount I had been approved for was below the asking price of said home I became discouraged and ready to give up my search. Denise reached out to me to ask if I wanted to make an offer on any of the houses we’d seen. I asked her about the one that was over my price range and she encouraged me to make an offer my loan would cover. I did and it was accepted. Regardless, my home buying journey did not end there. The house was appraised and the rating of the condition of the floor was going to keep my loan from covering it, although everything wrong with it was purely cosmetic. Denise took pictures of every square inch of the floor and sent to the appraiser until he upped the rating to passing. I can honestly say that if it wasn’t for Denise I would not have my house today!! ”
