Tabatha Davis, Principal Broker of Live Love Arkansas, began her real estate career in 1992. She often says real estate didn’t just become her career—it found her at a time when she needed it most and helped change the direction of her life.
For Tabatha, the foundation of great real estate is honesty and integrity. Her goal with every client is to educate them so thoroughly that they feel confident long after the transaction is complete.
Clients often describe her service as going above and beyond. Tabatha believes in under-promising and over-delivering, though she also values the lesson of trusting her team and not carrying every detail alone.
What sets the Live Love Arkansas Team apart is her passion for training and developing agents the right way. She leads daily morning calls focused not only on real estate skills, but also on mindset, balance, and personal growth.
Tabatha encourages her agents to build successful careers without sacrificing family or life balance, and she leads by example in how she serves both her clients and her team.
She is married, has a daughter, Mary Carol Nel—who is also a Realtor—and one grandchild. Giving back to her community through service and support remains one of her greatest passions, and that heart for people is the foundation of the entire Live Love Arkansas team.
Kery Scott has been helping both buyers and sellers navigate the market with confidence since 2007. As a consistent Top Producer for both her team and office, Kery is known for delivering results while keeping her clients’ best interests at the center of everything she does.
She loves meeting new people and has a natural gift for turning those connections into lasting relationships that feel more like family. Kery believes it’s her job to carry the stress, so her clients can actually enjoy the process. From start to finish, she works diligently to ensure every transaction is smooth, seamless, and as stress-free as possible.
When she’s not working, Kery is all about family. She has been married to her husband since 1981, and together they have two children (four if you include their spouses) and six amazing grandchildren who truly make life full.
With her experience, strong work ethic, and heart for people, Kery is ready to help you every step of the way in your next home journey.
Denise Bull has been helping people buy and sell homes since 2005. What started as her own home-buying journey quickly turned into a passion, leading her to step away from her role as an assistant manager in retail and pursue a career in real estate.
Like many new agents at the time, Denise began her career with very little training and learned by doing. Looking back, she often says how valuable a program like “Earn as you Learn” would have been—but that experience helped shape the knowledgeable, hands-on agent she is today.
Denise has been part of the Tabatha Davis Team from the very beginning. Over the years, it’s not just been about real estate—it’s been about the friendships, the support, and the sense of family she’s built along the way, which she truly treasures.
While Denise appreciates every part of real estate—from marketing and negotiations to guiding a deal all the way to the closing table—the heart of what she does will always be the people. She understands that buying or selling a home is more than a transaction; it’s often tied to big life changes, emotions, and new beginnings. She takes that responsibility seriously and works to make the process feel as smooth, supported, and personal as possible. Denise strives to lead with integrity, patience, and a genuine care for others, treating every client the way she would want her own family to be treated.
Denise has been happily married to her husband, Josh, for over 20 years. They have a 21-year-old daughter, Kenley, who now travels for work and is building a life she’s proud of. As a family, they love the outdoors and spending time with friends and loved ones whenever they can all be together.
In her free time, Denise enjoys being at home, cooking, crafting, working puzzles, and of course—shopping.
Her faith is an important part of who she is and guides the way she lives and works. Denise is truly grateful for a career she loves and takes great pride in serving her clients with honesty, loyalty, and care through every step of the buying or selling process.
If you ever find yourself needing a realtor, Denise would love the opportunity to help you.

When Alisha decided to pursue real estate herself, she knew she wanted to be part of Tabatha’s team. She earned her license in 2020 and has been thriving ever since.
Alisha is grateful for her teammates, who have supported and educated her along the way, and for every client who has trusted her to guide them through buying or selling a home. She genuinely enjoys building relationships and helping people find a place they can call home.

Their days are filled with swimming, playing outside, visiting family, and lots of singing and dancing. They also love their hairless terrier, Barkley, who keeps life interesting. Their Tuxedo cat, Tucker, keeps them on their toes with sneak attacks to their feet as they walk by. But he also makes sure their household is safe and will run off ANY size and ANY breed of animal. Scout, their bulldog, is a sweet, smiling boy that loves to cuddle.

Megan Morrison has been interested in real estate for a long time and officially earned her license in June of 2022 after passing her exam that May. She is excited to work in a career she had been drawn to for years and to help clients with their real estate goals.
Her inspiration to become a realtor started early on from watching the show Reba—she was drawn to the idea of the lifestyle and the role real estate played in it. Over time, that curiosity grew into a desire for something more fulfilling than her previous job, which she knew wasn’t the right long-term fit.
When the opportunity to explore real estate came her way, everything started to align. A friend encouraged her to meet with Tabatha Davis to better understand the career, and after that conversation, Megan was fully on board.
