Karina Oliva became a licensed Realtor in 2022, bringing with her a deep passion for helping others and a true heart for service. For Karina, real estate is more than a career—it’s a calling to help individuals and families find a place they can truly call home.

Alongside her real estate career, Karina has been an educator at the Russellville Adult Education Center for over a decade, where she continues to teach part-time. Her background in education reflects her natural ability to guide, support, and empower others—something she carries directly into her work with clients.

Karina was drawn to the Tabatha Davis Team because of its strong mentorship, training, and supportive culture. She immediately felt a sense of connection and knew it was the right place to grow her real estate career.

She especially enjoys building relationships with clients and considers it an honor to be part of such an important milestone in their lives. Karina is known for her honesty, compassion, and commitment to helping clients feel confident throughout the process.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, Karina is able to serve a diverse range of clients and guide them with care and clarity every step of the way.

Outside of work, Karina is a devoted wife and mom of three. She and her husband enjoy supporting their children at soccer games and tournaments, spending much of their time together as a family.
