Tyler Brooke Garrett brings enthusiasm, heart, and a passion for helping others into her real estate career. She earned her license in July, but her journey started years earlier when she and her husband purchased their first home at just 19. That experience, where she didn’t feel fully supported, inspired her to become the kind of agent who makes every client—especially first-time buyers—feel seen, heard, and valued.

Before real estate, Tyler worked in banking and as an Admissions Analyst at Arkansas Tech University, building a strong foundation in customer service and financial understanding that now benefits her clients.

She chose the Tabatha Davis Team because of the mentorship and strong sense of family, and quickly knew it was the right place to grow her career.

Tyler is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals while building lasting relationships within the community. She truly enjoys guiding people through the home buying process and helping them find the right place to call home.

Outside of work, Tyler is a devoted wife and mom. She and her husband have been married since 2014 and have three children who keep life full and fun. She loves spending time outdoors, especially hiking and enjoying all that Arkansas has to offer.
