Stephanie passed her real estate exam in November 2021 and became licensed in February 2022. From the start, her motivation has been simple—helping people. She believes there is nothing more meaningful than guiding families to a place they can truly call home.

She chose the Tabatha Davis Team because it felt like more than a workplace—it felt like a family. The support, teamwork, and shared knowledge within the office made it the right environment for her to grow and serve clients well.

Stephanie’s favorite part of real estate is building relationships and helping clients create new memories in a home they love. She understands that buying or selling a home is a major life step and works to ensure her clients feel supported, informed, and cared for throughout the process.

She is bilingual and proudly serves clients in both English and Spanish, helping more families communicate clearly and confidently through every step of their real estate journey.

Outside of real estate, Stephanie is a devoted mom whose children are her greatest joy. She also enjoys cooking for others and spending time with her family and dogs.
