Patti Melder is a lifelong resident of Yell County and can’t imagine calling anywhere else home. She has a deep love for the outdoors and takes full advantage of the natural beauty the area offers. In her free time, you’ll often find her boating, hiking, or camping and enjoying everything nature has to offer.

Family is at the center of Patti’s life. She is a proud mother of four and delights in her eight grandchildren. She loves sharing her appreciation for nature with her children and cherishes any time spent together as a family.

Patti began her real estate career in 2012 after years of passing RE/MAX First (now Live.Love.Arkansas Realty Group) on her way to work at the Head Start Program in Russellville. She found herself drawn to the Tabatha Davis Team and, after meeting Tabatha, quickly knew it was the right fit because of their shared heart for helping others. And has continued to learn and grow with the industry, earning her Brokers License in 2015.

Today, Patti is passionate about guiding her clients through each step of the buying or selling process.
