Brandy McCutcheon became a licensed Realtor in August 2026 after making the decision to bet on herself and pursue a brand-new career. While real estate is a new chapter, sales and helping people are not.

Before real estate, Brandy worked in the used car industry at Car-Mart of Russellville, where she discovered how much she enjoyed meeting new people and helping them reach their goals. In May 2025, she left that career and set her sights on something bigger—helping people buy and sell homes.

When choosing a brokerage, Brandy was specifically looking for a place where a new agent could learn and grow. The Tabatha Davis Team stood out for its reputation for training and support, and after meeting Tabatha, she knew she had found the right fit. She especially appreciates how welcoming the entire team has been and is eager to continue learning everything she can to serve her clients well.

Outside of real estate, Brandy and her husband, Jon, have a busy household with five children and plenty of pets. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing softball for her church, supporting her daughter in competitive cheer, and serving alongside a group of women in jail ministry each week.

Brandy brings a strong work ethic and genuine heart for people into her new career. She is committed to working hard for her clients and hopes the people she serves become more than transactions—they become lasting relationships.
