Laurie Sliney’s journey into real estate began after an unexpected career change when her company informed her she could no longer work remotely from Arkansas. With a long career in the call center industry spanning over 25 years—most recently as a manager—Laurie decided to turn a major life shift into a new opportunity. She passed her real estate exam on February 14, 2025, and stepped into a fresh chapter as a licensed Realtor.

Her background in customer service, leadership, and problem-solving gives her a strong foundation for helping clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence. Laurie participated in the Earn As You Learn program at Live Love Arkansas, which helped prepare her for the transition into real estate.

Her connection to the team began after working with Jessica Stowers when purchasing her home in Russellville. A simple conversation later led her to explore real estate as a career, and with encouragement from the team, she knew it was the right move.

Laurie enjoys every part of real estate, especially helping people and guiding them through one of life’s biggest decisions. She is grateful for the support and mentorship she has received along the way and values the relationships she is building within the industry.

Outside of work, Laurie enjoys life in Russellville with her husband Dave and their pets, including a large Bull Mastiff and two senior cats. She is also a proud stepmother and grandmother who cherishes time with her family.
