Courtney Oden began her career after earning her teaching degree from Arkansas Tech University. She worked as a first-grade teacher at Baseline Academy in Little Rock for three years before stepping away to raise her son, Cain.

When it was time to return to work, Courtney wanted a career that offered both purpose and flexibility, allowing her to stay closely involved in her family’s life. Real estate became the perfect fit. Encouraged by fellow agent Kery Scott, she began exploring the field and quickly knew it was the right move.

Courtney joined the Earn As You Learn program in 2021, earned her license that October, and immediately became part of the Tabatha Davis Team, where she has continued to grow and thrive.

She values the strong support system around her, including her mentors, teammates, and family, who have all played a role in her success. Courtney especially enjoys building relationships with clients and helping them through the home buying and selling process.

At her core, Courtney is a wife and mother first. She is passionate about her family and grateful for a career that allows her to be present while also pursuing her goals.
