Eric Johnsgard earned his real estate license in 2022, bringing with him a strong work ethic and a true heart for helping others.

Before real estate, Eric worked running gas wells and later built experience through flipping homes and owning a small renovation business, which is still active. That hands-on experience gives him valuable insight when helping clients see the full potential of a property.

He got his start through the Earn As You Learn program and was introduced to the team by Kery Scott. What made him stay was the family atmosphere—something he values far more than just being part of a business. Part of that "family" he is grateful for is Team Strecker. Eric says Tim and Myra have been incredibly supportive as he has learned to do real estate.

Eric is passionate about helping others reach their goals and takes pride in doing whatever it takes to get the job done for his clients.

Outside of real estate, he wears many hats. He serves as a firefighter and EMR, and when he does have free time, he spends it with his family. He is married with six children, three of whom are adopted, and family is at the center of everything he does.

Eric brings dedication, resilience, and a servant’s heart to every client he works with, making him a trusted partner in the home buying and selling process.
