Jai Teas is a patient and dedicated real estate professional who joined the Live Love Arkansas team in August 2023. Her journey into real estate was inspired by her sister’s success as an agent in Thailand, along with her own desire to help people in a meaningful way.

Before real estate, Jai worked with special needs students, where she developed a strong sense of patience, understanding, and attention to individual needs. She now brings those same qualities into her real estate career, taking time to truly listen to her clients and guide them through each step of the process with care.

Jai was drawn to Live Love Arkansas after connecting with the team and experiencing the supportive, team-focused environment. She values the relationships she is building and enjoys being part of a group that prioritizes both clients and collaboration.

For Jai, real estate is about more than transactions—it’s about helping people reach their goals and celebrating those moments alongside them.

Outside of work, Jai comes from a large, close-knit family and enjoys staying active. She loves running, fishing, cooking Thai cuisine, and spending time outdoors. She is also passionate about personal growth and enjoys setting new goals, including training for a half marathon.
