Karrie Barber was originally licensed in real estate in 2001 and reactivated her license in 2024, bringing both experience and a fresh energy back into the industry.
Real estate has always been part of her story. Growing up around the business, with her aunt owning a brokerage, Karrie was introduced to the industry early and became licensed at just 19 years old. After several years in real estate, she built a successful career in telecommunications, spending over 15 years in state government account management with CenturyLink/Lumen Technologies.
Following a layoff in 2023, Karrie saw an opportunity to return to what she’s always known and loved—real estate. With encouragement from longtime mentors Tabatha Davis and Kery Scott, she relaunched her career and hasn’t looked back.
In addition to real estate, Karrie is also a business owner, running Coco Loco Shave Ice and More, while also serving as an Amazon Hub Partner in the Dardanelle and West Russellville areas.
Karrie describes real estate as second nature—it’s something that’s truly in her blood. She loves helping clients make big moves in life and believes in making the most of every opportunity.
Outside of work, Karrie enjoys spending time with her family, especially her three children and grandson. She also loves traveling, particularly visiting Atlanta where she grew up, and making memories at the beach.
Karrie brings experience, drive, and a strong belief in living life fully—and she’s ready to help her clients do the same, one home at a time.
