Bradley Barnes became a licensed Realtor in 2021, bringing a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for growth into his real estate career.

Before real estate, Bradley worked in HVAC and continues to stay involved in property development, where he enjoys building opportunities from the ground up. His passion for creating something out of nothing naturally led him into real estate, especially in the commercial space where he can help others grow their businesses.

His path to the Tabatha Davis Team is one he doesn’t take lightly. After interviewing with several offices, he found himself sitting in a coffee shop when a pastor—someone he had only met a couple of times—sat down at his table and encouraged him to call Tabatha Davis. The rest is history. After the first conversation he knew Live Love Arkansas was where he was supposed to be.

Bradley’s favorite part of real estate is the energy. He loves seeing people excited about what’s ahead, whether it’s buying a home or stepping into a new business opportunity.

He credits teammate Denise Bull as a key part of his growth, challenging him and helping make the journey both meaningful and rewarding.

Outside of work, Bradley is grateful for his strong, supportive family, who keep him grounded and motivated.
