Heather Edwards is a busy homesteading, homeschooling mom who also serves as a successful real estate agent with Live Love Arkansas. She brings a unique blend of real-world experience, strong communication, and deep care for people into every client relationship she builds.
Before real estate, Heather led a team of healthcare data analysts and also taught for an online university. In those roles, she developed a strong ability to work with people, interpret information clearly, and educate others—skills that now serve her clients well in every step of the buying and selling process. She enjoys breaking down the market and walking clients through each detail so they can make confident, informed decisions. She also plays an active role in mentoring new agents through the team’s mentor program.
After moving to Damascus, Heather, her husband Brian, and their three children have fully embraced life in the community and are proud to call it home. While she is licensed to serve clients across the state, she is especially focused on growing relationships and serving families closer to home in Van Buren, Faulkner, Conway, and Cleburne counties.
Heather is known for truly investing in her clients. One recent review shared, “Heather truly cares about her clients, and it shows in the way she helped us find the perfect home. She walked us through the entire process from start to finish, making sure we understood everything, even the parts we didn’t know to ask about.”
Outside of real estate, Heather’s life is full and active. She enjoys tending to her homestead and spending time supporting her kids at their activities—whether it’s her daughter’s basketball games at South Side Bee Branch or her son’s soccer matches at Greenbrier High School. Heather also enjoy serving at her church, First Baptist Church in Damascus.
For Heather, real estate is about far more than transactions—it’s about people, trust, and helping families truly feel at home.
