Teresa earned her real estate license in 1996 and has served clients in the River Valley ever since. Before real estate, she worked in retail, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service and relationship-building—skills that naturally carried over into her real estate career.

In addition to helping buyers and sellers, Teresa also owns and manages her own rental properties, giving her a well-rounded perspective of the market from both an agent and investor standpoint.

She chose to join the Tabatha Davis Team because of the leadership, values, and long-standing respect she has for Tabatha and the culture of the brokerage.

Teresa enjoys helping people and takes pride in creating smooth, positive experiences for her clients. She has built a long history of satisfied customers and continues to focus on making each transaction professional and stress-free.

Having lived in Johnson County for most of her adult life, Teresa knows the River Valley well and enjoys helping others discover the area she proudly calls home.

Outside of real estate, she is a proud mom to her daughter Jessica and enjoys life with her beloved dog.
