Welcome to the Live Love Arkansas Team: Dean Bell

We’re excited to welcome Dean Bell as the newest agent to join our real estate family! Dean brings a lifetime of experience, integrity, and a genuine desire to help people reach their goals — qualities that make him a wonderful addition to our team and to the Russellville community.

Dean passed his real estate exam in October 2025, stepping into real estate after coming out of retirement. For him, this new chapter was about more than staying busy. He missed interacting with people and wanted meaningful work that allowed him to serve others. Real estate offered the perfect opportunity — helping people achieve the dream of homeownership while also providing additional retirement income to enhance this season of life for him and his wife as they settle into the Russellville area.

Before Real Estate

Before entering real estate, Dean retired as the Owner/Operator of Southern Agronomic Resources LLC, a farm management business based in DeWitt, Arkansas. Throughout his career, he worked closely with farmers and landowners, providing cash flow analysis, farm accounting, bill paying services, enterprise evaluations, and science-based agronomic decision-making. His professional background is both broad and impressive — including time as a University of Arkansas Extension Agent, over 15 years in agricultural chemical research and development, and nearly a decade as a Senior Vice President and Trust Officer at a bank in DeWitt.

Dean’s Introduction to Live Love Arkansas

Dean and his wife, Kayleen, were first introduced to our brokerage through their own home-buying experience in Russellville. Their agent, Brandon Heflin, helped them navigate the purchase and later connected them with Tabatha Davis to discuss entering real estate themselves. Tabatha’s encouragement and leadership played a key role in Dean’s decision to pursue his real estate career with our agency.

Beyond Real Estate

Outside of real estate, Dean enjoys spending time outdoors. His interests include turkey and deer hunting, caring for his yard and garden, and actively serving in his local church. Family is deeply important to him. Dean is the proud father of two grown sons, ages 47 and 42, and he honors the memory of a third son he lost ten years ago. He also has a 16-year-old grandchild who lives in Centerton, Arkansas.

At his core, Dean strives to be honest, trustworthy, and approachable — someone who is always willing to help where he can. He feels grateful for the life he has been blessed with and hopes to use this next chapter to help others achieve their own goals, especially when it comes to finding a place to call home.

Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Dean Bell. We’re honored to have him on our team and excited for the experience, wisdom, and heart for service he brings to our clients and community.
