We’re so excited to welcome Brandy McCutcheon to the Live Love Arkansas family!

Brandy passed her real estate exam on August 3, 2026, after making a big decision to bet on herself and pursue a completely new career. Even though real estate is a new chapter for her, sales and helping people certainly aren’t.

From USED Cars to Real Estate

Brandy’s love for sales began in the used car industry, where she worked at Car-Mart of Russellville. She discovered that what she enjoyed most wasn’t making a sale, it was meeting new people, getting to know them, and helping them turn their dream into a reality. Eventually, she began thinking about how she could take those skills in a new direction.

In May 2025, Brandy left Car-Mart and took a chance on herself, setting her sights on becoming a Realtor. Instead of helping someone find their next vehicle, she’s now excited to help people with something even bigger: buying or selling a home.

Why Live Love Arkansas?

When Brandy started looking for a brokerage, she knew she wanted a place where a brand-new agent could learn and grow. Her research kept pointing her toward the Tabatha Davis Team, with reviews highlighting the team’s training and support for new Realtors. That immediately caught her attention.

Then she met Tabatha.

After that meeting, Brandy says she knew she had found the team she wanted to be a part of.

Although she’s just getting started, Brandy is already enjoying the learning process. Right now, that means soaking up the real estate lingo, understanding the ins and outs of the business, asking plenty of questions, and building the knowledge she’ll need to serve her future clients well.

One thing that has stood out to Brandy already is just how welcome she has felt at Live Love Arkansas.

She is especially thankful to Tabatha Davis for giving her the opportunity to join the team and to Tyler Reynolds for the time he has spent teaching and helping her get started. She’s also grateful for every team member who has made a point to let her know that she can come to them when she has a question or needs help.

“This is the first time I have been so welcomed at a new place of business,” Brandy shared.

That sense of community is especially fitting for someone whose life outside of work revolves heavily around faith, family, and serving others.

LIFE OUTSIDE OF REAL ESTATE

Brandy and her husband, Jon, have a very full household! Jon works as a diesel mechanic for Tyson, and together they have five children—three boys and two girls, ages 18, 17, 16, 13, and 10. This school year will be an especially exciting one for their family, with both their 18- and 17-year-old sons preparing to graduate.

And the McCutcheon household doesn’t stop with seven humans! The family also has five dogs, a cat, and an Amazon parrot who is around 20 years old and has been part of their family for the past two years.

When she does find some free time, Brandy loves spending it with family and friends. She also plays softball for her church, and with a daughter involved in competitive cheer, you’ll often find her at practices or games during the spring and fall seasons.

One particularly meaningful part of Brandy’s week happens every Thursday, when she joins a small group of women for jail ministry. Serving others is important to her, and that same heart for people is something she hopes to carry into her real estate career.

Business Building

As Brandy begins building her business, she knows she still has plenty to learn and she’s ready to put in the work. More than anything, she wants her future clients to know they’ll have someone in their corner who is willing to work hard for them.

Whether helping someone buy a home, sell one, or navigate all the decisions in between, Brandy is committed to giving her very best. And along the way, she hopes those transactions turn into something more: long-lasting relationships with the people she has the opportunity to serve.
