Experienced Flow Yoga & Justin Timberlake

I hope you'll join me for a fun flow yoga class set to the music of Justin Timberlake! This class is for experienced yogis who want to move and groove and crank up the music. This class will focus more on enjoying the music and less on describing every pose in detail. It's all about letting lose and not taking ourselves so seriously. I hope to provide an opportunity for some safe fun on Friday nights, featuring a different artist each week and alternating between experienced and beginner level classes.

Camp Orr
SATURDAY AT 9AM
Join us as we explore the trails of Camp Orr in the Buffalo National River Valley. This terrain is rugged, remote, and as their website says "unforgiving". You will be required to sign a waiver on site.
We are limiting this to 30 riders. So be sure to mark that you are GOING and we will put your name on the list. We will break off in to different groups as necessary.

Join us once again for a weekend full of food, fun and a national championship like no other. Any and all are welcome to camp starting Friday the 19th and stay for the awards ceremony / celebration after the race Saturday night. Race will start at 8:00am and awards will be at approximately 4:30p. BBQ and beverages will be serviced following the ceremony. Campers are welcome to stay Saturday night. Saturday January 16th, 2021 will be the 6th Annual Ozark Hillbilly 10 Mile Backroad National Chmpionship. Course will once again be from Oark to Arbaugh
