From Client to Teammate

Kayleen and her husband, Dean, were first introduced to the Tabatha Davis Team when they purchased their home nearly two years ago.

They began their search with Brandon Heflin, sharing their needs and desires — and he followed through every step of the way.

That experience left an impression.

When Kayleen and Dean later began discussing what their next career chapter could look like, real estate kept rising to the surface. They set up a meeting with Tabatha Davis and Brandon — and Kayleen knew immediately.

From the atmosphere, to the faith foundation and tThe welcoming office culture. - It all just felt right.

A Lifetime of Financial Experience

Kayleen doesn’t just bring enthusiasm to real estate; she brings decades of experience.

She began her banking career in 1985 with a determination to learn everything she could about the industry. In 2002, she stepped into a full-time banking endeavor as an administrative assistant to a Vice President. Within one year, she helped build a full branch bank from the ground up and was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Loan Officer, and Branch Manager. In January 2015, she advanced to Vice President.

That kind of growth doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because of work ethic, integrity, and a deep commitment to serving people well.

Both Kayleen and Dean have spent a lifetime in the finance world, building experience that now translates beautifully into guiding buyers and sellers through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.

If you ask Kayleen what guides her, she’ll tell you it’s simple: “Treat others as you wish to be treated.”
