The run begins in Ozark, Arkansas and ends in Little Rock, Arkansas on the steps of the state Capitol. Each mile of the run is dedicated to an Arkansas Hero. 2026 Men’s Retreat
10 Camp Mitchell Rd, Morrilton, AR
Dear Brothers and siblings in Christ,
You are invited to step away from the noise of daily life and spend intentional time in community, prayer, and rest at Camp Mitchell on Petit Jean Mountain.
This Episcopal Men’s Retreat is an opportunity to gather with other men of faith in a beautiful, sacred place—to breathe deeply, share honestly, worship together, and reconnect with God and one another. Whether you are seeking renewal, quiet reflection, meaningful conversation, or simply time in nature, there is a place for you here.
No special expertise is required. You do not need to have all the answers. Just bring yourself.
Led by The Rev. Dr. Jason Alexander, rector of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Conway, this retreat weaves together stories from the Appalachian Trail, the Tour Divide, and the Tour du Mont Blanc with insights from Scripture and early Christian wisdom. Together, we will explore the inner journey that runs beneath every outer one—our callings, our trials, our companions on the way, and the return home to ourselves and God.
During the retreat, you can expect:
Meaningful worship and prayer
Time for reflection and guided conversation
Fellowship with other men walking their own faith journeys
Space to enjoy the natural beauty of Petit Jean Mountain
Nourishing meals and comfortable lodging
Camp Mitchell is a thin place—set apart, welcoming, and grounding—and we hope you will join us for this time of renewal and connection.
All are welcome, whether you identify as Episcopalian or not.
We would be honored to have you with us.
Registration details and retreat information can be found below. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out via email at guests@episcoar.org.
Registration for the weekend is $250 which includes lodging and meals.

Yoga Trapeze Basics
121 E Harrell Dr. Suite 7, Russellville, AR
The Yoga Trapeze, used in conjunction with mat yoga, offers a comprehensive fitness modality. It allows functional pushing, pulling, holding, twisting, bending, and grip strength! It builds a great deal of upper body and core strength. It also allows for deeper, passive backbends that can be held for longer periods of time. Yoga Trapeze inversions counteract gravity, creating space and length in the spine through simple, gentle, bodyweight traction. In our Trapeze Basics class we will walk you through the trapeze and how to use it. Then we will get into a comprehensive class and enjoy “playing” with the basics.
Cost is $20. Register here:

This impressive structure offers sweeping views of the river and tells the story of the former rail line’s challenging crossing, set within a quiet, forested landscape.
Participants will meet at the Watson trailhead and then caravan in their own vehicles to a location near the bridge.
Registration is required by calling the park no later than the day before the program at (870) 572-2352.
